Omega Shield Giveaway Official Rules & Terms

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Omega Shield (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter/X.

 

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents age 18 or older with a project location within the State of Iowa.

Entrants must have legal authority to approve work at the installation location if selected as winner.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

 

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Joining Sponsor’s membership program or making any purchase does not guarantee winning.

A free method of entry is available as described in Section 5.

 

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 2/11/2026 and ends when either:

  • 5,000 total eligible entries are received, or
     

  • December 31st 2026

whichever occurs first.

Entries received after the giveaway concludes will not be eligible.

 

5. How to Enter

Free Entry

Participants receive one (1) entry by completing the official giveaway form.

Limit one free form submission per person.

 

Bonus Entry Opportunities

Participants may receive additional entries by completing any of the following actions and indicating completion on the entry form:

  • Join Omega Shield membership: five (5) bonus entries
     

  • Follow Omega Shield on Instagram: one (1) bonus entry
     

  • Follow Omega Shield on Facebook: one (1) bonus entry
     

  • Tag two (2) or more friends on any Omega Shield post: one (1) bonus entry
     

Bonus entries are self-reported and subject to verification.

 

6. Entry Verification & Accuracy

By submitting the form, entrants confirm that all actions selected are accurate.

Omega Shield reserves the right to verify any entry and disqualify any entrant whose actions cannot be confirmed or are determined to be inaccurate.

 

7. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive a professionally installed epoxy floor system with a maximum retail value of $3500.

Specific materials, preparation methods, and installation approach will be determined by Omega Shield based on site conditions and standard installation practices.

 

8. Prize Value Application

  • Prize has no cash value.
     

  • If total project cost is less than $3500, remaining value is forfeited.
     

  • If total project cost exceeds $3500, the prize will be applied as a $3500 credit toward the final project total. The winner is responsible for any remaining balance.
     

 

9. Transferability

Prize may be transferred to another individual with a qualifying project location within Iowa, subject to Omega Shield approval.

 

10. Scheduling & Redemption

Prize must be redeemed within 120 days of winner notification.

Installation scheduling is subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational constraints.

Failure to schedule within the redemption window may result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

11. Site Suitability

Installation location must be safe, accessible, and structurally suitable for epoxy floor installation.

Omega Shield reserves the right to decline installation if site conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or require remediation beyond standard preparation.

 

12. Winner Selection

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

Total entries include both free entries and verified bonus entries.

Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received.

 

13. Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Omega Shield reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

 

14. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Omega Shield to use their name, city, and installation photos or video for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

Omega Shield is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, or incomplete entries
     

  • Technical failures or platform errors
     

  • Circumstances beyond its control that affect administration of the giveaway
     

 

16. General Conditions

Omega Shield reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary
     

  • Disqualify any entrant who violates these rules
     

  • Interpret and enforce these rules at its sole discretion
     

All decisions by Omega Shield are final.

 

17. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.

 

18. Maximum Entry Threshold

This giveaway will conclude when 5,000 total eligible entries have been received or on December 31 2026, whichever occurs first.

Total entries include all valid free entries and verified bonus entries submitted by participants.

Omega Shield reserves the right to close entry once the maximum entry threshold has been reached.
